The young Baltimore artist shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Baltimore City artist Al Rogers Jr. delivers his brand new project SwoozyBaby. At 8-tracks in length, the body of work features Dee Dave and as they link on U Ain’t Shit, and The Lor Band on This Ain’t a Love Song.

In my option what makes this project so compelling is its track placement and the awareness and cohesion that was put into it. Throughout the album, Al’s production choice isn’t linear by any sense, but then again neither are his rhyme schemes which drives the body of work.

Wherever Al’s quest leads him, he can go forth knowing he released a well-crafted album branded by solid sonics and naked honesty. SwoozyBaby is a worthy foray into an artist’s soul. Stream it down below.
