The collection consists of a university jacket in wool and leather, sporting a combination of black and brown. We then discover a Stüssy logo combined with the inscription “Earth in the corner pocket” on the chest, as well as the famous Tribe 8-Ball Globe on the back of the piece. The white cotton tee, meanwhile, was designed by Cali Thornhill Dewitt and Tremaine Emory. The latter uses the same pattern on the front but opts for a message against racism and a photo of the globe on the back.
The gold-plated silver ring features inscriptions highlighting the heritage of the brand. “Stussy 1980” and “Tribe 2020” are added to each side, while ‘The Birth of Venus’ is etched at the top.
Stussy’s 40th Anniversary Collection is slated to drop on October 30 at the brand’s physical chapter stores, Dover Street Market, and online store.
