Philly’s Theodore Grams has a firm understanding of who he is as an artist—approaching his music with a familiar bounce and a unique style all of his own. He recently delivered his impressive new video for his latest release Bad Jawn, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Directed by Yinka Soda, the stunning new video is an esoteric ode to his father’s religion/lifestyles of Santeria, Palo, and Abakuá.
Speaking on the new release, Grams had this to say:
"By the time I wanted to drop the song and started planning this summer, 'Bad Jawn' gave me more of a "walking on water" vibe, so Noah Breakfast, Glassface, Yuri Beats, Tiny Door Company, and I figured a way to bring that idea to life. We were also able to cohesively mix some symbolism from the initial idea within the music video, which I'm thankful for."
The new release is a testament to the artistry that composes Theodore Grams, as he is vastly talented and capable of adapting his work to showcase the bigger picture through the usage of eye-catching visuals. Check out the new video down below.
