Making his debut on our page this week, Atlanat’s own Wiley from Atlanta comes through with his debut LP “Blue Don’t Make me Cry.”

At 9-tracks in length, the project spans 23-minutes length and manages to showcase Wiley’s unique sound. Each record does a nice job of transitioning to the next in a way that makes for a cohesive listen from beginning to end. With a monotonic sound, Wiley does a nice job of playing to his strengths, taking advantage of the pockets of each of the provided beats perfectly. At face value, the tape is a collection of bangers that any listener can rock with, but further, it’s a captivating account of the life that the rising star has lived to tell the tale.
